- Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
- Order Processing
- Your item(s) will be shipped within two business days after payment is received. It will be shipped via first class mail. Your order will be well packaged in a box or bubble mailer. Expedited shipping is available. Please contact us for details and pricing. International Buyers: Please be mindful that some countries may charge customs fees. Buyers are responsible for paying their own customs fees. Please keep any possible customs fees in mind when shopping. We are not responsible for packages in the unlikely event they are lost or damaged in the mail. (Although, we will do our best to help resolve any problems.)
- Refunds and Exchanges
- You may return any unaltered, intact items within 10 days for a full refund, not including shipping costs. There are no refunds on custom work. If the item is not to your satisfaction, I will resize or remake it once, after that I will charge for any modifications.
- Custom Orders
- I adore making custom orders. Please e-mail me and we can discuss your vision. A 50% deposit is required for custom orders. Some pieces are created in small quantities due to limited availability of vintage or one-of-a-kind supplies. If you fall in love with a piece that has already found another home, let me know. I may be able to reproduce a similar piece.
